HollyDolly
Just thought I'd let you all know I found a new community of men. I was looking for the Red Star Crucifiers who were founded by St.Agnes of Bohemia. They are a medieval order and on their habit wear a red cross over a red star. They are in charge of the Karlskirche in Vienna. I was looking in regards to the sisters of the order. Anyhow,,,I came across the Knights of the Holy Eucharist. They were founded by Mother Angelica in 1998 and serve the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville. They also plan to open a boys school. They have a website or blog.I didn't know she had founded this group. Pia Jesu
Yes...the Knights of the Holy Eucharist offer a wonderfully balanced life as a Lay Franciscan brother! Their primary goal is to foster reverent devotion to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament...in addition to their dedicated service at the Hanceville, Alabama monastery! Check out their You Tube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVIsq1VhGVE and, of course, their website, http://www.knightsoftheholyeucharist.com May they be blessed with many holy vocations! PhuturePriest
The Knights of the Holy Eucharist are one of the top five best communities made in recent history, in my opinion. Then again, I could be biased because I like swords.
