MorphRC
hey i was wondering when someone leaves christianity, like Catholicism, do they need to tell a priest or something as a report, so if they come back, the Church does whatever it does. I read about some re-unification process. thx
cappie
If you have as they say "formally defected" from the Catholic Church .i.e. joined another church or religion formally, taken communion in this church or in the matter of the Assembly of God Church been "born again" and have been known to publically renouncde your Church then you need to formally reconcile with a priest who will welcome you back, then all that is need is a profession of faith such as the creed that is said on Sundays an a note will be made in the Baptismal Register of the church where you rejoined the church. You are not baptised or confirmed again.
