Theoketos
Oh and an hour with the Pope, I would ask him all kinds of questions about Church stuff and about his ministry to the poor!

4588686
I encourage people to write me. I enjoy getting letters from the faithful. I always tell the Swiss Guard to use their Pikes to stab around in the mail baskets and bring me whichever letters their Pikes have speared, as these letter have been blessed by the Holy Spirit. I then devour these letters.

PhuturePriest
I have never written to the Pope. If I had an hour with him, I'd ask him if he did in fact allegedly say last year that Jesus didn't actually multiply the loaves and the fish, and that the real miracle was getting the Jews to share. If he confirms this, I would then ask him if he realizes how theologically incorrect and racist that is. I would also ask him if we could have a picture together. Immanuel
I DID just write the Pope! I sent him a Christmas card. I told him how much I loved him and prayed for him every day...really...it's the first time I've ever done anything like that but I guess I just got inspired somehow. My husband said,"Meh, he'll never ever read it." Maybe he's right but it didn't matter to me in sending it. I'll let you know if he ever writes me back...but really, just think of how many letters/cards he must get ALL THE TIME!! :o

cartermia
For an assignment at school I wrote BXVI, I think I sent a birthday card telling him happy birthday and that I was praying for him.
beatitude
I wrote to Pope Benedict when I was ill in hospital in England. I didn't get a personal reply, but I did receive a ticket to attend a Papal Mass during his visit to the UK - with a seat in the VIP section, no less!
