I'm not a fan of chocolate cake, personally, but a Lindt chocolate bar? It's like a drug. A sweet, smooth, delicious drug that makes the world a happier place. Those who don't understand just DON'T UNDERSTAND!

 

I love chocolate cake, actually. It's the only type of cake I really enjoy. Chocolate cake with chocolate frosting on top, but not too much, of course. I always go homemade because stores put two feet of frosting on cake, and it's disgusting.

 

The issue I have with chocolate is that no matter how good it might taste, I can only have a little bit before the taste becomes overwhelming to me. I could never eat two chocolate bars at once.

Marzipan is awesome, but only in small quantities.

Marzipan?! Seriously?! Its only purpose is to make cakes look pretty; you sacrifice taste for the wow factor.

Marzipan is amazing in large quantities and by itself.  I was once sent a tray of 72 marzipan pieces as a birthday gift from some people who know me very well and I was in a state of bliss for several days.

 

The only chocolate treat that can rival it is a Chocolate Orange.
