Your Prayer Corner

There was a thread a while back in which people posted photos of their prayer areas, but I can't find it. I thought I would start a new one in time for Advent - it might encourage people who don't have a dedicated prayer space to create one in their home. :) This is mine. It's on my windowsill, which is very low. I'm able to kneel in front of it easily. It has a cross made by the Monastic Family of Bethlehem and two beautiful Coptic-style images by a Little Sister of Jesus in Egypt, my Bible, and a rosary. One image is of Bl. Brother Charles de Foucauld with Jesus, modelled on a much older icon (I am a candidate with a secular institute founded in the spirituality of Br. Charles) and one is of the Visitation (Elizabeth is my confirmation saint). The crucifix is known as 'the cross of compassion' and I finally bought one a few months ago after wanting one for almost eight years.

(Edited because I forgot to attach the picture!)
