More Drama

My foster son has done something really silly and I am still too upset - and confused - to write about it (not suicide, just something really silly in a desire to run from pain).  Please keep the situation in prayer - and as someone else in this forum has said, I really do not deserve your prayer, just really need them.

Whoever said that the single lay celibate state was an easy road................all I can do just now is laugh.  To top it off, I am confident news of my bipolar condition has reached my relatively new parish well and truly affecting attitudes. My brother just dug me in the ribs (he has three adult children) and said "Aint having kids great and a lot of fun!"   It is indeed the agony and the ecstasy in the journey of parenthood.

The Lord knows what He is about and perhaps what my foster son is going through and now his brother (my biological son) dragged into it too with me just might lessen a little off our Purgatory.........in hope!  My hope is too that somehow it just might somehow contribute to the spiritual wellbeing of others in need too.  I think that the Love and Mercy of The Lord is that vast and rich - all embracing.

 

Sacred Heart of Jesus, we trust in You, have Mercy on us and our folly and foibles.

Our Lady of Perpetual Help, please pray for us all.
