Sisters Ex

My younger sister has been dating the same guy for about 4 years but recently she decided to break it off. We are all happy about it because the relationship has been rather verbally abusive and not positive for some time. 

 

My sister admitted that it has been that way for a long time, but it hasnt been till recently that she has found the courage or the determination to do anything about it. I dont want to paint her ex as a bad guy because he suffers from a lot of depression, anxiety and other mental illness and has a very abusive family life which has made him very socially withdrawn.

 

I am asking prayers on his behalf because he is in a bad place in life and has virtually no support or anything positive influences in his life. I think my sister was really one of the few, but she cant use that as an excuse to remain in a dependent and negative relationship. 

 

Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers that he finds the support he needs to pick himself up. We all worry about him but there is not much we can do.
