chrysostom
I'm going to take "classical" to mean not just classical era. :D Hildegard von Bingen, O Virga Mediatrix Robert Schumann, Liederkreis Op. 39, Mondnacht. Fischer-Dieskau singing. Domenico Scarlatti, Sonata in A major (Michelangeli playing) David Lang, The Little Match Girl Passion (excerpt here) Johann Sebastian Bach, Partita in E major, Gavotte and Rondeau (Szeryng playing) Debussy Violin Sonata in G minor (Oistrakh playing) Arvo Part, Cantus in Memory of Benjamin Britten I don't know where to stop... CatherineM
Brandenburg concertos. Bach knew how to write for brass. Most guys can only think in strings or woodwinds.
chrysostom
How do you embed the videos? [ video ]your link here[/ video ] then remove the spaces. I recommend just posting the link though, because it really slows down the loading of this page if too many embedded videos are on it. You can also put [ spoiler ] [/ spoiler] tags around your videos if you embed. I think there is a limit of two embedded videos per post, as well. After trying the video code, here's some links: La Mer; De l'aube à midi sur la mer; Claude Debussy The Queen of the Night Aria from The Magic Flute; Mozart. Specifically sung by Sumi Jo.
