Nunsuch
Yes, that is an English translation to the prayer known as "St. Teresa's Bookmark," because it was found on paper used as a bookmark after Teresa of Avila's death. It is beautiful, I think. It is beautiful and so powerful! I did not say this before, but I am a 14-year cancer survivor, and this prayer helped me greatly as I was goinng through surgery and chemo. There is also another beautiful version of this done at Taize: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=go1-BoDD7CI
