KarenJoanna Posted August 21, 2014 Share Posted August 21, 2014 If a person receives stolen goods and did not know they were stolen until later on but they kept the stolen goods anyways, like out of ignorance of making restitution and they later gave the stolen goods away to someone else, would they still be morally obligated to make restitution or only the person who kept it now, since it is no longer in their possession?
