Serious Drama: I Don't Understand!

People can own a grill and say that they are barbequeing meat.  At that point they are throwing any sort of meat on their grill and cooking it.

True barbeque is in a smoker.  It takes hours.  It takes seasoning.  Sometimes it takes a sauce but not in Georgia.

If it's a hot dog, hamburger, pork chop or steak it has been grilled.

And that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

A while ago. I think I announced it in a dramatic drunken flourish.

I thought you said recently you converted back but didn't officially change the name of your religion in protest to Phatmassers.

No, I said that my church is fully Reformed and fully Catholic, but that I selected Protestant (even though we do not consider ourselves protestant) in deference to the abiding Papistry here.

Well, collectively you've eased this almost-migrant's cultural confusion, AND you managed to find a way to inject some midnight oil into the conversation... not bad in a weekend's work, Pham. Thanks for making me smile and answering my question all at once!
