Thanks, Lankyswimmer! It'd be awesome to be able to wear a swimsuit and not be self-conscious of how I look!

Lol good job, keep it up and you'll get there dude ^_^

But I have to say this is quite funny, your trying to lose weight, and I'm trying to gain it  Yea about a month ago, I weighed a wopping 145 pounds, which is kinda sad considering I'm 6'2. So yea, I'm a shrimp, BUT I've gained 7-8 pounds since then. I'm about 151 or 152, ok maybe 151 and a half lol.

I feel your pain. I'm fighting tooth and nail against my metabolism. I'm buying a bowflex though so that should help... I was thinking of protein shakes but I dont want to worry about weird chemicals.

If you want to lose weight, my auntt who is a nutrutionist, says you can eat half as much food and get the same amount of nutrients if you eat foods that are brightly coloured. White bread - bad. Brown bread - good. Iceberg Lettuce - Bad. Spinach - Good. White sugar - bad. Brown sugar - not AS bad.

Well..I guess we could just encourage each other....I could encourage you to take the weight that I wanna get rid of, and you can encourage me to give you the weight that you wanna gain! ;)

Haha, sonds good.

To avoid getting anybody embarrassed, lets just say we are all at 0 pounds gained or lost. Whenever you lose/gain a pound add it to your total.

I am happy with my weight...im supposed to be "underweight" but that's just because I'm almost 5'9 and that messes up the weight chart, lol

I'll join u in exercizing and eating healthier...for health's sake...:D

Raph: Tee-hee. Actually, I usually wear a shirt over my swimsuit if possible, cause I really don't look good in a swimsuit right now! LOL

Technically thats me, too, only shorter, but I'm with you on getting in shape and being healthier! I'd like to lose the last 5 or so pounds to get back to pre-Adrienne weight/body, but if I gain muscle weight and get buff I'm cool with that gain.
