No, knowledge is you throwing it out rather than eating it. Wisdom is giving it to someone else so you save more food for yourself.

Cook an egg inside one. I've never done it but it's supposed to be really good.

I like making egg salad with avocado... Use the avocado instead of mayo, it's amazing.

I do like the idea of substituting mayo with an avocado. Never tried that. I enjoy tuna salad sandwiches and lately I've been using mustard instead of mayo, because it is healthier. I will use an avocado instead.
