PhuturePriest
Also, this is day 9 of growing a beard. I figured a picture of my improved ravishing good looks would help to stop all the fighting and heterodoxy that's been rearing its ugly head recently. PhuturePriest
how metal. Metal? This is more of a boy band thing than anything else. At least it is nowadays, anyway. Perhaps before it was a metal thing.

Luigi
Too many good-looking guys in the history of the world - including me! - for that to be true.

Yes, my 17 year old daughter likes him although I think she prefers Tom Hiddleston (who is also OK but nothing special.) I wonder if it is the Tumblr effect. The girls like whoever it is in fashion to like. Actually, my husband is the best looking guy in the world. IgnatiusofLoyola
I like the new look--I think it makes you look older and kind of bada** in a good way. Sort of "Treat me with due respect." (Some people who know you might not think you are due much (or any) respect, but the purpose of a new haircut and beard is not to impress the folks on Phatmass.) Something you might find discouraging, but you might as well just learn to live with is that many (most?) Phatmass folks will see you as a callow youth even when you are in your 50's and 60's--just like parents often treat you as if you are a kid even when you are old enough to have your own kids and grandkids. That's why it's good to have some friends who weren't there when you said and did things that still embarass you even many years later. As for me, you are no John Cusack--but then, who is? I must reserve judgement until I see a picture with a suit and tie.
