One is, I do believe anybody can have a mid-life crisis , even  :think2: a nun   :nunpray:

 

Secondly, these are religious life discernment tips that have been given a simplistic, secular twist for a university student body. :scholar:

 

Thirdly, I still think this is an amesome video. :joecool:

The speaker advises students to use nuns as a model for discernment and describes the discernment process.  It goes through these steps:

 

Creating silence in your life.

Facing fear.

Experiencing the call as persistent and haunting.

Leaping while still not completely sure.

Waiting.

Abiding peace and joy.
