1337 k4th0l1x0r
I was unpacking some of my stuff tonight and opened my box where I keep all my rosaries and realized that I have a whole lot of them and haven't prayed with a couple of them in a few months. I just want to know how many fellow phatmassers keep around.
BeenaBobba
I just have one pair now. My Rosary beads were given to me by a priest I know. They're wooden and come from Fatima. I had had silver ones that were given to me by my grammy when I made my First Communion, but I lost it. God bless, Jennifer
1337 k4th0l1x0r
I got my first one in RCIA and they were plastic and the crucifix broke off after about a month of use (I still have both the beads and the crucifix). I got a second set from the youth director at our church after my confirmation and I bought a third when I was on vacation in Sedona, AZ. My last was given when I joined the Knights of Columbus and I carry it around everywhere with me, or at least I try to. So that totals 4.
Pyrite
I have one, so far. My friend two hours down the road from me is getting me a second one and a slew of other goodies from the Catholic bookstore in his town, since I don't have access to one and probably won't for a few weeks. I'm excited!

crusader1234
Well, I posted about this before, but I have one rosary. It is made from the seeds of a Job's Tears plant. They were given to my Grandpa by a nun, and he gave them to me. They are very special to me for more than just the religious aspect because of this (he has passed away so now they remind me to pray for him). They came from the Fatima shrine and I they are the same type Mother Teresa used.

jasJis
I voted 4-6, but then I got to thinking, I may have 7. I've got 2 or 3 glow in the dark ones. (1 was given to me by my daughter). I have a black plastic one with a broken crucifix, but I keep it. I have two nice black ones, I don't remember where I got them. I have a beat-up wooden one that is my favorite because it's so light. I have a green one that my non-Catholic in-laws got me in Ireland. When I had an office job, I carried a rosary in a pouch all the time in my pocket, and I keep one in the glove box. I never pray at home, always while driving or in a Church, or a chapel with Eucharistic Adoration.
voiciblanche
I guess I'll tell the stories about mine, then. I have two finger Rosaries. One I got about two years ago at, like, a May Crowning or something like that. It was a school event. The other was given to me at school as well, at a one-day retreat that our theology teacher set up for us. We were about to pray the Rosary and no one had Rosaries except for me and Matt, the teacher, so he found a bag of finger Rosaries, and I got one just like everyone else. Then I have two green Rosaries of the same type. One is in good condition and travels around in my pocket every day. It was given to my sister by my grandmother, but my sister lets me keep it because I have two broken ones. The other green Rosary is exactly like my sister's, given to me by my grandmother, except when I got it out of my pocket one day it broke. I have another broken one that is the largest I have and is made out of clear-ish beads.
Iacobus
I have one. I don't really see why I need more than that. If I am traveling and forget it I just use my fingers or something. The prayers, in my mind, are the same prays with or without the beads.

Jake Huether
LOL. I have seven. But we only use two really... 1) large one above our bed (bought and blessed in Peru). 2) in my car. 3) in Erika's car. 4) One I use to pray with. 5) One she uses to pray with. 6) Extra one in the living room (in case of company). 7) One hangin on the post of the extra bed in the other room. Actually - I think Erika has a decade ring, and a decade bracelet too. Oh, and I use my fingures on the way home from work.
ilovechrist
1... 2... 3... 4... 5.. CINCO rosaries!
Sojourner
I have one, which I bought for myself a few months ago. I really like the beads, but the crucifix has hearts all over it, which is a touch too girly for me ... I just didn't look at it closely enough before I bought it, I guess.
