Please pray for my great aunt on my dad's side.  My grandmother's sister is very sick and was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (arrythmia) which causes tremendous pain and difficulty breathing.  The condition can be problematic since the heart doesn't pump blood to the body during irregular rhythms.  She's in the hospital right now and will have to stay until the doctors can find a way to control the disorder.  Unfortunately, she's being uncooperative and refuses tests that could potentially uncover a treatment for her.  She's also been calling my grandmother several times a day because she has really bad anxiety and wants to leave AMA.  So, please pray, not only for treatment, but for patience and cooperation as well.

 

Also, my former babysitter (and my grandmother's friend) passed away from complications due to Alzheimer's on Sunday.  I was told a couple weeks ago that she was given 2 weeks to live by the doctor and she died right at the end.  Please pray for the repose of her soul.  Her daughter decided to have the body cremated but is not giving the remains a proper burial.  They have elected, instead, to keep the remains in their house.  They are not Catholic.
