Rory is the only one I've liked from the new ones. I really enjoyed the Amy/Rory duo. in fact Ive honestly really liked most of the companions except Clara. She is pointless and annoying...as well as the fact her story line was boring as poo. I LOVED River...her whole story was amazing even though she was never an official companion. I wasn't that cray about the character herself, but I liked the moving through time in opposite directions thing. I'm all about the time travel. Yeah the story was amazing. Her first episode had me bawling like a baby even though we knew nothing about her. SO POWERFUL!!! *cry* My favorite companion from the old series is definitely Romana. Rory is the only one I've liked from the new ones. I have mostly really liked the companions from the reboot. Loved Amy, really like Clara, liked Martha. Donna I'm on the fence about as a 'likable' character, but I really enjoyed her role in the show, and I'm not a fan of Rose.
