So Stressed About Work

I'm having trouble at work. I've always been a top performer but the first 4 months of this year have been horrible. For instance, one of the measurements we are graded against is how long we are on the phone. The goal is 5:20 or less per call and I easily exceeded this. Now my average is like 6:10. Not a big deal you say? Oh but it is. Try as I might I can't get it back down. And my boss continues shoveling extra work and projects on me because of my past good performance.

Please ask Jesus to help me. I'm scared of losing my job or disappointing my boss. Today I got flustered dealing with a very nasty client and was in tears! Please Jesus please get me through this.
