Insurance Frustration

Insurance has approved Leo's referral so he can continue seeing his specialist, but they haven't actually sent the approval letter to his doctor, so he cannot be seen yet or even schedule an appointment yet. Approval is still pending for Kieran. I'm frustrated that it's taking so long, because I can't even schedule anything and it can take quite some time to get an appt. I'm afraid Kieran will have another episode requiring hospitalization before they can even get him in. Please pray all is resolved quickly and that he doesn't get sick.
