PhuturePriest
Me too! I've been wearing mine for 5 though. Mine's also blessed. Rarely I'll tuck it in my shirt and display another necklace. I get complimented on mine all the time. This is what it looks like:
PhuturePriest
That's how I feel about wearing a crucifix. I don't wear it to display to others, I wear it to remind myself what all the suffering in this life is for, that He who loved us first is the reason I can love. I wear mine on the outside because I agree with Steve Ray that you should wear it on the outside proudly, and also to use it as a tool of evangelization. People compliment and ask about mine constantly, and it's a great way to start talking about the faith.
Anastasia13
My chrismation cross broke, so I wear one that is simple or looks a bit like an Armenian cross, sometimes a crucifix, but I also try to be careful where I wear one since I don't always know how people will react. I've gotten nothing but compliments and questions about mine, but I don't particularly live in or go to dangerous areas. It depends on your particular situation, I suppose. I personally would wear mine no matter where I was, but I'm also a man, and people might not be quite as tempted to be hostile to me, at least not physically. Basilisa Marie
No, I don't, but I wear a celtic heart necklace daily (a gift my from my long-suffering boyfriend), and I keep meaning to find a tiny miraculous medal to attach to the clasp (links, anyone?) Ice_nine
I believe that's a Pardon Crucifix Tardis. I usually wear that too :)

LaPetiteSoeur
I used to wear a cross, but it was very big and ostentatious and I don't like big and ostentatious things. For the past year or so I've been wearing a "l'oeil de Sainte Lucie," which is actually a shell and the wearer is apparently watched over by St. Lucy. It's good since she's the patron of those with eye trouble.

OnlySunshine
I used to wear one but I only wear a Miraculous Medal now after consecrating myself to Our Lady in 2009 on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. I don't like wearing a lot of jewelry as I consider myself a minimalist so the medal is all I wear. I've had several people ask me about the medal when they see it because it's really pretty. My mom bought it for me and it's sterling silver on a silver chain. I love it. I had my pastor bless it before I started wearing it. :) Edited April 19, 2014 by MaterMisericordiae
