Here is how I made one to help church get ready the other. Cut it into three sections. One long skinny one, one short and wide, and one not so short and wide. Make a loop with the longer wide one but leave some overlap with the tails. Fold it down with the overlap section. Take the shorter one and do the same. The overlap with the tails meet-these should line up with each other to form a cross. Staple this. Take the skinny one and wrap it around the center front several times (well, wrap around the center because you want to cross the front several times). This should crisscross. Slip a tail under a wrapped tail of this and tighten. Repeat with the other tail. This should hold well enough.
