With The Whole Rite To Bear Arms?

Peace be with you u.s brothers and sisters in christ.

With the whole rite to bear arms is that only for guns or does that include all kinds of weapons, can you carry a knife or ninja stars around like a gun, and does the constitution stipulate what arms is particularly? By the way in some kind of sense i think this is a great act of trust put on the people by the governing authorities the 5th amendment, whether right or not i don't know. Perhaps more right if ninjas are allowed to roam free, not the assassin kind, the self defence kind. Ninja stars damage and not kill, and perhaps are a credible defence against someone armed with a gun whom is the aggressor. And as far as I'm aware you don't need to be that strong to throw a ninja star, it is technique. And a poisonous sack of super fast acting itchy powder in the face is a kind of arms, a stun grenade is a kind of arms and those things the police use to electrocute assailants is a type of arms, even a dog can be a type of arms. Australia is getting a bit tight on self defence legalities, if i sick my dog onto an assailant and the dog rips him apart i get done for it, if someone does a house invasion on me and i destroy them, i get done for it. :( Is this the same in the U.S ?

It includes whatever the political and enforcement classes decide and can get away with. The only reason they're not confiscating weapons and/or summarily executing gun owners is because there would be resistance.

Going with the letter of the second amendment and the constitution as ratified, the federal government of the US entirely lacks any right to forbid the ownership of any weapon of any sort. The right does remain with the state and local powers, as the second doesn't apply to them. I reject incorporation, because contracts made under threat of violence are not lawful. Of course, this is a purely constitutional matter. I believe the constitution has zero authority over individuals, but should be a guide for our inferiors/servants/employee in the federal government.

ok thanks winchester and is it the 2nd amendment and not the 5th which is the right to bare arms, my mistake, sorry.(how the flip do you spell that if it isn't bear?)

Also in australia if you are trained so far in certain arts(self defence) you are classed as a deadly weapon and as far as i'm aware can go to jail for murder i think if you accidently kill someone in self defence, instead of manslaughter. Is this the same in the u.s for such martial arts? I'm unsure though of  australias exact stance on the martial arts, and it seems kind of hipocritical if long term boxers aren't included in that class though they are pushing for a new law on king hits as being attempted murder i think.

Not The Philosopher

I think the Bear Arms rite has one of the most beautiful liturgies of the whole Church.

Eric Holder, Attorney General suggested yesterday or the day before that gun owners should be tagged with the Star of David, oh no wait a bracelet.

He can shove each and every one of his ideas up his ass. He's nothing, to me. I don't recognize him as possessing any authority over anyone at all. Apart from his hatred of non-gubbermint gun owners, he is also a xenophobic butthole.
