Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
I did the mini novena to st terese once and it goes like this. 'St terese of liseux pray for us' and than you say 'little white flower in this hour show your power' 8 times, not 8 times for the st terese pray for us bit but the little white flower bit. Within about 30 minutes i think after saying this i went to the local take away store and there where pink and white flowers on the ground in the entry way. I don't think i had any intentions when i was saying it it was just an act of child like faith. Perhaps i was angry though and asking for her intercession for that, i can't remember exactly whether i found out she was good for warding off anger before or after i had the flower experience. She was a very angry child you know, she used to get so angry she would burst into tears. Edited March 29, 2014 by Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
I think it was a miracle that has happened to you, twice. Just the whole usually you don't go into the chemist, something obviously drew you in there this time, and the whole flowers are a rare sight in your town the next day after the 1st sign, perhaps keep asking for for whatever your asking of st therese and go to holy mass again and keep your eyes peeled for a third. That you went to holy mass after so many years seems profound also. Edited March 29, 2014 by Tab'le De'Bah-Rye

Ash Wednesday
I said a novena to Therese once and towards the end of the novena, a friend sent me a photo of a big beautiful red rose in an email. It's not like I get pictures of roses sent from friends normally, if ever. Never did before, don't recall getting anything like that since. Therese is pretty savvy with digital media, I must say. I'm not one to see signs everywhere, but sometimes I get some that are hard to ignore and I conclude with...."sure, why not?" :)
Fidei Defensor
Did you know today was "Laetare Sunday," also known sometimes as "Rose Sunday?" Because I didn't. How fitting I should return to Sunday Mass on Rose Sunday and be greeted by rose colored vestments and a homily about the light of faith.
PhuturePriest
Did you know today was "Laetare Sunday," also known sometimes as "Rose Sunday?" Because I didn't. How fitting I should return to Sunday Mass on Rose Sunday and be greeted by rose colored vestments and a homily about the light of faith. I once asked Saint Therese for a favor: I really liked this girl, but I wasn't sure if it was God's will that I pursue a relationship with her, or if it was my will. So, I asked her for a white rose if it was God's will (Because white roses are much rarer than red ones, and so it was less likely to be a coincidence), and a red rose if it wasn't. About a week later, I wasn't even thinking about it, but I was walking downstairs, looked up, and saw red roses over our mirror that had always been there, but that I had never noticed before in my life. That was a strong enough message for me, and so I didn't pursue a relationship with her. Thank God, because it wouldn't have worked out, and instead she's one of my best friends, and I wouldn't trade what we have for a romantic relationship any day of the week. So, this could be a sign, or it could just be a coincidence. However, considering it is Rose Sunday, and that you've seen tons of red roses everywhere, I would take that as a positive sign. Regardless of whether or not its a coincidence, it's still cool, and enough to make me think very positively towards God.
