let_go_let_God
Hey! I don't know if it's that bad and I apologised before I finished the post. I don't see Iacobus doing that.
crusader1234
Iacobus? Are you reffering to the fact that he said he loved the movie called "The Loin King"?
HomeTeamFamily
that and several other instances.....though i think that one, while quite humorous, is more of a typing error than a mispellling
picchick
i was just watching the joan of arc movie the other day.
Speaking of Joan of Arc Movies....(here I go again) DO NOT SEE THE NEWER ONE THAT CAME OUT ON BRAVO (the messanger or something like that) It doesn't show anything about Joan of Arc like it should. 1. It made it seem like she was absolutely crazy. Maybe they did this to have the audience see Joan as some of the leaders of the land saw her back then. 2. It seems like there was some lovey-dovey things going on between her and the dauphaun (spelling error most likely that's why I am a Science Major and not an English major ) 3. Her visions/voices were very scary. In all the books I read including what was documented in her trail, her visions were calming and peaceful. 4. In the earlier part of the movie, she esacapes from her parents and runs into a local church. She runs up to the altar, rips open the tabernacle, pulls out a chalice and water and wine that she finds there, pours it into the chalice and "performs" consecration, and drinks the blood. Not a pretty scene. It is very dark 5. Her one voice (she had 3) gave her absolution. If you want to see a good Joan of Arc movie, check out the Ingrid Bergmin or Lee Sobieski one. They both are pretty accurate. If you want to read up on this very awesome saint, her biography by Beevers (i think that's his name) is very good. Ta-ta for now!
