Since my son moved back in with me in December I have tried to find suitable housing here, but prices are so expensive and wages are so low here that I am kind of being forced to move and so have decided to move out of state.  Which is sort of anxiety-producing especially since I've never owned my own home before and I probably will need to move down there in order to do interviews, etc. to get a new job, which means I'd have to quit my current job and just take it on faith that I will find another job fairly soon, which also feels scary.  I've done this successfully in the past but since the recession things are different now plus I'm getting older which makes it tougher all the way around as I'm reaching an age where employers may not be as willing to hire me.  I found a house I really like and applied for a job that would pay way more than I'm getting now.   However I can't qualify for a mortgage without a job so might have to do a lease purchase agreement and I know nothing about these things and it's all just very scary as I'm afraid of getting in over my head financially or somehow making the wrong decisions.  What I need is more faith and trust in the Lord but right now all I feel is anxious.  Any and all prayers would be greatly appreciated!
