Anxiety Problems :(

I have been having a series of doctor appointments and been put on some new medicine to start my period. I have to go in at a certain point in this medicated cycle for a check to see if my insides have had any changes - have I developed fibroids, how are my ovaries etc.

I'm nervous and upset because the timing has to be so precise and my work won't let me take time off at the last minute. I can't take a sick day as I am only allowed 2 calloffs per year without getting in trouble. And the doctors office won't work with me on an appointment time. It's making me so so anxious!! I have to talk to my manager about it and I doubt the conversation will be productive. I literally can't keep still or eat, the anxiety is just terrible. Please pray I find a solution!!!
