Prayer Please

After an extended period of much Peace and Joy, one of those downs/crosses of life has come along and I am faced with major stress and using my Faith as a weapon and shield in the hope of keeping Bipolar at bay which most often will react adversely to major stress especially.  On the human emotional level I am stressing out to the max - while my Faith and trust to date is stronger with the help of emergency medication in times of major stress.  Please pray that my Faith and trust remains the strongest and no matter the outcome of what I now must deal with.  Also please also give thanks for the Gift of Faith and trust - and for medication in the struggle against suffering.  If it be possible, Jesus, let all this pass me by but not my will but Thine be done.  Amen.  I embrace Your Direct Will and trust implicitly in Your Permissive Will and please may these disposition stay the stronger.

Under major stress inducing anxiety, I can have all the symptoms of a heart attack and St. Johns Ambulance have told me that I must call them without fail if these symptoms onset - as it just could be a real heart attack and not the stress and anxiety asserting itself.  So far, so good however, and I have no symptoms and hoping this will prevail.

Very fortunately, I see my psychiatrist for my regular three or four monthly visit this coming Tuesday.  When I am under stress and trying to deal with it constructively, she will see me more often.  I am blessed in her and regard her as a Gift from God - though strangely, she is an atheist, who does insight and grasp that my Faith is not pathological, rather a consolation and support and intrinsic and integrated to the "me".  Though I have had ten years of sound mental health in the main, I remain a Bipolar sufferer and short of a miracle will probably do so for the rest of my life.  I am hoping that a relapse into a serious episode will not result - though all the pressures are present.
