And Lynch didn't even activate Beast Mode!

AWESOME GAME! LOVED IT. Only thing better would have been a shut out. Seahawks came out and played tonight, and showed the world they deserved the win. After that game no one can make excuses like "the ref's blew the game!"

Oh... and of course JUST BECAUSE. Peyton Manning STILL broke records tonight for most completed passes. Ridiculous. I wonder if they count the two passes he completed to the Seahawks in that statistic.

Even when he loses, Peyton Manning wins. That's just how awesome he is.

I don't see why people wanted a blowout. Blowouts are boring. Tight games that hang on the thread of a needle are always the most exciting, like the one the Seahawks played against the 49ers. They seriously could have lost in the last thirty seconds, but they pulled it off and intercepted the ball, making it really exciting. There was no exciting win at this Super Bowl because it was assumed after the beginning of the second half.

Sounds like someone got thrashed, a flogging. I got that bit right. Sounds like the seahawks had the skills and the coaches for the night. I think Thrashings can be great games FP because one team shows extraordinary skills, injuries aside it doesn't mean the other team is no good because both teams are in the final so there both the best, it just means the winning team was extraordinary on the day/night and extraordinary is a site to sea. :P. Does the sea hawks winning have anything to do with those sea gulls attacking the doves at the vatican, perhaps we need some more sea hawks to protect the doves against the gulls, or was it hawks that attacked the doves, there where to opposing stories on the thread and no one said J/K so i don't know which did what because i can't freely click on links due to being on someone elses computer, but i should have my own shortly.

Who went for the broncos anyway because it is the chinese new year which this year is the year of the horse, i did out of hope for a good year which sounds honorable but unfortunately perhaps superstitious :( , perhaps that is why the broncos lost because to many christians supported them because it is the year of the horse this year according to the chinese lunar calender instead of doing the usual hoping for a good game with no foul play whoever wins.

it all depends on the context you're watching it in.  honestly I didn't care enough about either team to the point where a close game would've been more fun to watch, what's so fun about watching a horse race when you have no horse in the race?... so watching it with people who were rooting for Denver (not actual diehard Denver fans, I'm not that cruel, I would've felt too bad for them lol), I found myself laughing and entertained the more Seattle crushed them.  And oh how much fun was it to discuss with Peyton fanboys whether his legacy would be forever tarnished beyond repair if it was a shutout (before they got their 8 points... man a shutout would've been sooo funny though).  only thing that ever entertained me more at a Superbowl was when the Patriots lost XLII... I was entertained by that close game because I really wanted to see the Patriots lose so I was on the edge of my seat to watch it happen.  If this game had been close, I wouldn't have been biting my nails about anything because I didn't care so much one way or the other.

oh the sea eagles are Seattle, i spent a few hours in Seattle on the way to Vancouver. Seattle seemed like a nice place, how does Seattle rate on the violent crime scale in the u.s, is it a peaceful place, it seemed peaceful to me.

Because a blowout superbowl victory from a somewhat young and inexperienced team against the MVP of the NFL who broke records all season is fantastic.

A close game is just that. Close. Who knows, if one player did one thing differently that one time the entire game could have changed drastically. There was no one mistake by the broncos or one singularly spectacular play by the Seahawks that won the game. The Seahawks, play after play, dominated the game and showed that in front of the world they could not only shut down the best offense in the league, but score on them in just about every way possible (safety, field goal, running td, passing td, kick off return td, defensive td...).

If anyone missed the game,  here's some highlights :D (The Broncos wore red for some reason)

In a way it might be easier. If it had been a two point game, the guy who hiked the ball to Peyton might have become the Bill Buckner of Colorado.
