Nihil Obstat
And are there any romantic comedies with unpredictable plot lines? Discuss. Who cares about unpredictable? Watch foreign romantic comedies and you get exposed to all kinds of foreign cliches. That is even better! :proud: I recommend Hello Schoolgirl, because Sooyoung is in it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I47HJePxzkc Edited January 22, 2014 by Nihil Obstat
PhuturePriest
It's perfect. That's the genre it's under.
Basilisa Marie
Yes. It is a romantic comedy. It's also fantasy, so I think it fits the fantasy genre and the regular comedy genre more than the romcom genre.

Cherie
I think the point of a romantic comedy is to have a predictable plot line ... ;)

NotreDame
I just watched "Stardust" recently. Nice movie along the lines of Princess Bride: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0486655/
Ancilla Domini
And are there any romantic comedies with unpredictable plot lines? Discuss. Ever read any P.G. Wodehouse? They are ridiculously funny and unpredictable. (After reading a lot of his books, you get pretty good at guessing how it all ends, but you never have any idea what twists and turns the plot's going to take.) If you think about it. alot of stories are predictable but it's the ride that makes it fun.
