I have a few:

Dietary:

Continue to abstain completely from soda (been clean for over a month)

Eat healthier by staying away from preservatives and refined foods as much as possible (already doing this for over a month, too)

Stop eating so many simple carbs and eat more complex carbs that even out blood sugar to prevent crashing and help with concentration

Health (continued from dietary):

Lower LDL cholesterol levels (high levels run in my family) by eating more Omega fatty acids and vegetables/fruits

Get more exercise

Education:

Continue to make As and Bs so I can get at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA (at 2.5 now) and also maintain my status of 3.83 university GPA so I can get Latin Honors at graduation.

Ask to talk to a supervisor to let them know employees are doing something RIGHT.   Let the employee know WHY you are asking to talk to the supervisor.  It makes employees and supervisors SO HAPPY!!!!!    :saint2:  :winner:

I will hold you to that, you must do this at least once.  :flex: Perhaps my new years resolution is to become a new years revolution. :) To not conform but to transform. I think that is in the bible. To surrender to Jesus and not surrender to the world which is actually powerful and not weak.

<edit>  Another way to put it is to allow Jesus to consume me more fully, to not have one foot in and one foot out, to allow Jesus to consume me more fully that i may more be in heaven than in the world, at work, rest and play.

Here's a good new years song, throw a peace sign (deuce) to your old life.

I like this. It was something I discussed with my boyfriend not too long ago. I hope I have enough courage to help transform the world as well! Either on a small or large scale.
