Byzantine
Anyone know how I would get a form W-2 from a few years back reissued? Something's come up (no, I'm not being audited) and I need it. Thanks!
IgnatiusofLoyola
Anyone know how I would get a form W-2 from a few years back reissued? Something's come up (no, I'm not being audited) and I need it. Thanks! It's been a long time since I have worked in tax law, but I have found that the Web site IRS.gov is often surprisingly helpful. Try searching there under W-2. Can't hurt to at least try this.
NotreDame
I got one from a past employer once. Was pretty easy.
Eowyn
Try the HR department at your employer.
blazeingstar
Call the HR department. Most states require them to have them on file anywhere from 3-7 years.

Not The Philosopher
Being a Canadian, when I read the thread title, I thought it was a sequel to Byz's previous thread, "Please Abolish the Winchester Line" where he would ask for an updating of the Winchester Line called, "Winchester Line version 2" or something like that. Then I clicked on the topic.
