add
according to Judge Robert at the Supreme Court: the Mandate is "Constitutional only because it is Tax" How can it be applied to the nonprofit organization with tax exempt status? :think2: The HHS does not have retroactive status. How can it be applied to the organization that exists prior to the mandate? :think2:

Luigi
Oklahoma judge issues an injunction against Obamacare exempting the Southern Baptist Convention from supplying some of the abortifacient drugs. And that's in addition to the injunction that was issued (by a different judge, I believe) exempting Hobby Lobby. While I wouldn't call it a trend exactly, there are some hopeful developments. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/12/21/oklahoma-birth-control-lawsuit_n_4485497.html Edited December 23, 2013 by Luigi
