I have someone asking for the name of the artist who painted this.  Anyone know?

I did a couple reverse image searches, and while this image appears to be used on a number of the usual "I want to enter Carmel, please donate!" and "Plain HTML page of novenas," types of pages, nowhere is the image ever properly attributed. I don't recognize the image from anywhere in particular.
