New Poor Clare Investiture

I always notice this headband-type crown of flowers in monasteries founded or helped by Mother Mary Francis, PCC.  Other PCC Monasteries uses circlet of flowers on their heads during clothing/professions/jubilee.

However, everyone (all PCC monasteries in the USA) uses the crown of thorns-circlet during profession - no variation.
