Refi Update

Hi Phamily:

 

I got a voicemail from the bank that I got the approval for the refi.  I am waiting to hear from the closing department on scheduling the closing.

 

Thanks for the prayers -- this means that I am now in the position to rent the place if I need to move due to the job (and -- I bet you anything that *now* the right position will show up).
