Though i guess if your really in a rush you can do up to 2 mph over the speed limit, in my city the cops won't bust you for up to 5 km/h over the speed limit unless it's a 40 km/h school zone, unless of course your very unlucky for whatever reason, some say the rule in australia is 10% if you don't do more then 10% over the speed limit they won't book you but in a 100 km/h zone i'm sure they will if your doing 110 km/h, perhaps in a 50 km/h zone they won't getcha due to the relatively little difference in kinetic energy upon impact in an accident between 50 km/h and 60 km/h, where as the kinetic force between 100 km/h and 110 km/h is huge, unsure exactly how kinetic energy works but there the facts. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
