La paz del Señor sea con usted/contigo.

I also would imagine that "consubstantial" is easier in Spanish than Polish.

What is the difference between usted and contigo?

Degrees of familiarity and respect.  Usted is more formal, while "contigo" is for people you are more familiar with.

Anyway, here is a link to an online order of the Mass in Spanish (with English in the other column):

http://www.misas.org/sta.tic/descarga/missa_es_en.pdf

(it appears that this missal uses neither usted(es) nor contigo, but rather vosotros).

Paz

La paz del Señor esté siempre con todos vosotros(in Spain)/ustedes(in America).

La paz sea con todos vosotros/ustedes

Y con tu espíritu.

Usted are where you are going with respect to a person, a stranger, your boss if not your friend, to old people that you ........, would be the equivalent to when you call another person by his surname in English,

Addition is complicated, because in plural is vosotros, but in america always say ustedes, no vosotros.
