Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
Here comes trouble... Are Magic Mushrooms and Death Berries safer than Marijuana and Alcohol ? I have no medical proof but who cares, it's a silly debate anyway because Tobacco in it's purest form wins hands down over all 4. :P Don't alter your mind state to much with anything except prayer and meditation and if you feel really well add fitness and strength. I think excess/Gluttony of any natural substance including shepherds pie is a sin. Natural drugs including alcohol which in it's purest form is natural and chemical free and is only brewed and don't tell me brewing is not natural or i will make you walk around New York naked in the middle of winter with no clothes on, because clothes are man made right? Natural drugs possibly can be used recreationaly in moderation but in excess is simply for a Christian Gluttony, and the less natural the easier it is to be a Glutton like Fantasy/Hollywood and alter the mind state like heroin and cocaine. Heroin and cocaine may very well be quite natural but marijuana and alcohol is more natural. I probably haven't fully explained myself but i really couldn't be bothered, work out your own salvation in fear and trembling, or that's the way i feel i'm being treated in the church anyway. Reading Holy Scripture alters the mind state too with love because it is the word of God and God is love right, but that's a whole other board game/dimension, heaven and earth, and you can't be a glutton for love although you can be a glutton for things including natural things like alcohol and marijuana, but you must also understand 90% of marijuana sold on the streets isn't as natural as marijuana grown in the bush, most marijuana on the streets is what is called hydroponics which is grown indoors and they use many chemicals to grow the plant bigger, faster and supposedly better/stronger, the chemical alter the make up of the plant, and even worse some deliberately use the chemicals not just to make the plant healthy/ in moderation, they deliberately use a whole wide range of chemicals to make the plant more potent which is messing around with things to much. Anyhow i don't have a doctors degree, i'm not a priest, i'm not a bishop and i'm not God, these are all just my humble opinions. Hopefully humble anyway and sorry for the cheeky title i just felt i wasn't being listened to in the Marijuana is safer than Alcohol thread and that no one wanted to converse they just wanted to be right or something or perhaps it was me that wanted to be right. Speak more about this here if you like or just let this thread die, either way hopefully there is some or even a lot of truth in what i have said. St Benedict said something about moderation too, check him out he is far wiser than me on the subject matter i'm sure. Also don't take any of this as authoritative, just an opinion that needs to be discerned with grace and others. Onward christian souls. Jesus is LORD. Tab'le De'Bah-Rye
The only possible exception to this gluttony rule i know of is something prescribed by an accredited medical practitioner as long as you stick to the script, some people are prescribed 10 Valiums a day some are prescribed 3 as long as you stick to the prescription. And then you have an open script in the case of something like Ventolin which is a use when needed script. There is one other exception i have been led to believe by a priest is tobacco, you can't gluttonous tobacco in it's purest form i guess he meant, even though it is a health risk . There may be other exceptions and varying scenarios the only exact i believe in is Gods love for each and everyone of us in mercy and justice/wrath, and that all humans need a heart to live and lungs to live and food and water to live and warmth in winter to live etc etc. And perhaps death is the final destination for all in this life until the after life. Now i'm starting to rant and try and be to exact perhaps. From TAB in faith, with hope and love.
