The Hooded Men with their lovely buzz-voice analogues.  :)  And yes, StrexCorp, with its friendly helpful pandemics and yellow helicopters!

How delightful. I'll be sure to peruse the selection before drifting off into slumber.

I haven't clicked the link because I'm slightly afraid of what it is, and whatever it is that I'll become obsessed with yet another thing.

Well, once you get caught up, they only come out with a new 1/2 hour episode every two weeks. It's such a long time to wait, especially when Tamika Flynn is leading an uprising and stuff. December 15th seems like forever away.

There are 36 episodes now. This is the link I use: http://podbay.fm/show/536258179

And by the by, how does Night Vale have any citizens left??

I like to think that there's either a giant reset button, where people who die usually just wakeup in bed the next morning.  Either that or there's some weird genetic disposition they all have.  Or there's something in the water.

Regardless, the reason is probably sciencey, hence Carlos.  :hehe2:  Later on you'll see that he's not really affected by all of the weirdness, at least not in the same way.

Angles are not real.  They are not real and nothing about them can be known or the hierarchy of heaven.

Don't be so obtuse.

I mostly agree, but I argue that cosplay of Cecil doesn't so much reflect a crazy need to make things visual, as it does reflect a fan's celebration of a character. The fact that there's no wrong way to cosplay Cecil (usually you use some purple stuff to help identify yourself at a con, because night vale uses purple in its logo) is a mark of how unique the fandom is and how contrary it is to normal fan culture, which is usually obsessed with accuracy (see: fake geek girl cosplayer stereotype).
