You'll have to wait 18 years before they can move out. If you think things suck now, just wait until they hit puberty.

If you start to see colored flecks spotting around in your eye, get to the ER. I've heard that means your retina is about to blow. (Not kidding.)

The colored little lights are bugs, microscopic bugs, it is called a head rush, you get it sometimes standing up to quickly. The whole bug thing i don't know but that's what someone told me those colored specks are.

Seriously? Microscopic bugs?  No, try blood vessels  and blood cells when you get a "head rush"

colored really means colored and not the same as seeing enlarging blood cells because you whipped your head around

"screaming" eyes I gather means extremely dry which can be for several reasons from chemical irritants, to allergies to dehydration.

The specs of light are from the detachment of the vitreous humor from the retina. The only reason I know is because I have this condition...they havent detached yet but its on its way.

People who are near sighted have a much higher chance of this occurring because their eyes are elongated which strains the vitreous humor.

if you start seeing something similar to paparazzi snap shots going off a ton, or a slow black blanket clouding your vision...chances are it has detached. However retinal specialists can put it all back! :)

(Sorry nerd moment...I just went through all this...it aint fun.)
