Are you seriously asking this question? NERF. Like toy guns? No way!

 

Dude, I used to play NERF in a somewhat serious way. We played NERF like some people play paintball or airsoft. We built our own blasters and darts. It was a blast. Absolutely nothing wrong with any of those things. At least objectively. I suppose you could find some way of making a sin out of it, after all, you could make visiting grannies in the nursing home into a sin if you tried hard enough.

Oh my gosh, tell me about it. I feel so bad for some of the scrupulous folks whose posts I read... I can't imagine what it must be like to worry so much about the tiniest details of life. May they be liberated by joy...

Sometimes I think that it might be a good idea to develop a set of guidelines for responding to extremely scrupulous people on PM. On the other hand, I do not even know where to begin on an issue like that.

But yes, some people seem to be in need of serious spiritual help, and sometimes I worry that we play into their scrupulosity,
