Carmelite Book Sold Through Uk Carmel?

Someone posted a link to the book, telling that it was one of the best on life in Carmel.  I lost the link before I could order it.  Does this sound familiar?  It's not available in the US.  Thanks.

yeah, you can just snail mail write them. I believe at Brooklyn Carmel it's $18. so you could just send a check and put a little extra for shipping, and say you had heard it was available there. I have a friend who just did this actually, and they sent it :like: I need to too! thanks for the reminder!

Update-

I sent $35 to the nuns in Buffalo, knowing it would cover the cost of the book and shipping, and two weeks later the book arrived.  I called, but got the machine and decided to take my chances on a donation that was probably a little more than they would have told me.
