Should We Really Be That Mad At Judas For Betraying Jesus?

The funny thing is that if you re-read something, you are still reading the same thing. The words have not changed.
So sure, we should re-read doctrine every single day.

Re-reading is not the problem. The problem is the "light" being used. Even Vatican II, which was not a bastion of orthodoxy, never spoke of re-reading the Gospel (or doctrine) in light of contemporary culture; instead, the bishops of that council spoke about looking at the signs of the times and interpreting them in the light of the Gospel. Ah, how times have changed.

Judas could have repented, returned to the apostles and Mart, and asked them tocfirgive him. When Jesus rose (though he did not know he would), Jesus obviously would have forgiven him. This didn't happen because Judas despaired and jumped off a cliff/hanged himself.

It seems to me that Judas is the only victim here

Say what??

You are saying that Judas was not just A VICTIM - he was THE ONLY VICTIM? Is this some kind of new religion you are starting???  And do followers of this new religion wear little nooses around their necks to remind themselves of his 'glorious martyrdom'??

I can certainly get feeling compassion for anyone, even Judas. But this kind of thinking goes well beyond the bounds of any kind of common sense. Even Judas knew that he had done wrong by betraying his friend, and for 'blood money' as well, or he wouldn't have despaired and hung himself.

Maybe you need to read the scriptures again? Just saying .....
