Apotheoun
841 The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day." Do Muslims really acknowledge the creator, since they hold that their "god" creates both good and evil, and that he makes people sin, and even creates people's sins from all eternity? Does God cause adultery? Muslims believe that their "god" does just that. He also causes murder, and incest, and any number of other terrible things. Does God damn some men from all eternity? The "god" of Islam does. Can a person be saved without grace? Islam teaches that grace is unnecessary to salvation. How exactly is this "faith" of Islam related to the Church?
