Continuing On The Right Path

I want to thank everyone that prayed for me as I was accepted to the university and enrolled in classes.  School began 4 weeks ago and I am LOVING it!  For a while, I was downtrodden that I didn't get accepted to begin formation with the religious order I applied to, however, I truly believe it was God's will that I finish school.  I am the happiest I have been in a LONG time and I actually feel like I'm a grown up.  Of course, there are still many things I need to do to achieve independence but I am well on my way.  People who know me and have seen me in the last 4 weeks say that I'm glowing and I look and sound so happy!  It makes me feel so good!  I'm doing well in my classes and I love the major I'm studying for (Bachelor's in Health Administration with a concentration in Long-term Care.  My long-term goal is to work my way up to become a Nursing Home Administrator because I have a passion for working with the elderly and I know that nursing homes need good administration in a serious way!

 

Please continue to keep me in your prayers that my time at the university will be well spent, that I will make a good solid effort at making good grades, and that I will graduate and be successful in the field I have chosen.  Thanks!  :)
