I mean plan it. Someone else could do the talking.

I give speeches on mental health issues in the workplace and on conflict management in businesses, organizations and parishes.

In what kind of a setting - church? Or just a general reunion?

I would want to hear about innovations and changes in the world, the new models...maybe that ethics still matter.

I second Blazeingstar's idea that "ethics still matter" - maybe a little blurb about how human values remain the same in the midst of all the technological change - maybe "Why do we do this?" To put money in other people's pockets, or to make the world a better place? 

 

But that might be too heavy for a general reunion.

Yes, and for the love of Pete, don't talk about who moved your cheese, what color your parachute is, what hat you are wearing, why your penguin can't fit on the iceberg, why its ok to throw fish, how to get to the land of OZ, who's dad is rich or poor, how full your bucket is....or any of that

 

...I just may die if I hear one more tacky way to describe leadership, change or another cute analogy.
