Selah
She still would not be in communion with the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Yes, that's true. Still, I love the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. Their icons are awesome.
Ice_nine
Go to the church! Tell me all about the Ge'ez rite! :D And Take pics if there is an opportunity to do so without being disrespectful. Well, the church building itself is Latin so I don't know how much influence the Ethiopians have on the place, so I don't know if pictures would show you much. But I've never experienced an eastern or oriental liturgy and I would really like to. And Ethiopia is pretty dope. I just went to a novus ordo mass in Spanish and that was a really weird esperience. I'm sort of shifting to a more traditional liturgical viewpoint. aaaand I'm off topic. Sorriez :bounce:

Sorriez :bounce: Chances are, they will have different vestments and they may have a few things put up at the altar or the front of the church somewhere that reflects the tradition, plus you can find out if they have instruments during the hymns. (Copts use very few instruments and this may or may not be the same selection as the Ge'ez Rite church.) Plus you can tell me about it. :bounce: Edited September 13, 2013 by Light and Truth
