Canadian Family Abandons Anything That Came Out After 1986

Aside from giving up modern hairstyles and clothing fashions, I totally approve. Although, there were shelves before 1986. They should really get some of those.

 

How is this a "national tragedy"? They have great intentions: bring the family closer. There's loads of communication research showing how both the quantity and quality of family communication has declined dramatically with the introduction of all these new technologies. I think this "experiment" is brilliant.
