Job Stress And Sin

I recently got a job and have been having stress because i think i have comitted a sin by spending too much time trying to find diagnosis codes that are hard even though i can ask but who knows if they are going to be right too and also because i have left off a few medical records for next week so i can ask my manager but i am scared of the time limit the claims have although i think they can wait until next week and other stuff too. I think i am in mortal sin even though i have been trying very hard to be a good employee but i know i have failed sometimes. What do i do?
